By purchasing a subscription product from Primus, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.
Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.
Frequency & Amount
You will be billed at your selected frequency: monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months. You will be charged the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime by logging in to your account and managing your subscription, or by emailing our support team at help@usebravano.com. Please include your full name and order number for faster processing.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
